Toddler Program

Independence & Social-Language Skills

Toddlers are natural explorers. Our curriculum encourages "I can do it" moments, from self-feeding to potty training support, while daily circle times, storytelling, creative arts, and guided group play build language, sharing, empathy, and discovery.

Toddler Core Curriculum

From Co-Regulation to Cooperation

Social-Emotional Masterclass

Foundation

Building safe attachment and helping children feel secure with trusted educators.

Step-up

Toddlers move beyond parallel play into active collaboration. They practice cooperative play, sharing resources, navigating peer boundaries, and early empathy while learning to identify, name, and manage big feelings through guided problem-solving.

From First Steps to Dynamic Balance

Advanced Gross Motor

Foundation

Mastering the basics of rolling, crawling, and pulling up to stand.

Step-up

With walking fully established, toddlers take on richer physical challenges: balancing on low beams, jumping with both feet, kicking balls with precision, and navigating indoor and outdoor climbing structures that refine core stability, bilateral coordination, and spatial judgment.

From Basic Grasping to Purposeful Tool Use

Precision Fine Motor

Foundation

Developing the palmar grasp and picking up finger foods.

Step-up

Focus shifts to sophisticated pincer grasp and hand-eye dexterity. Toddlers thread beads, use safety loop-scissors, squeeze resistant clay, and complete 3-to-5-piece interlocking puzzles to build the hand strength needed for future pre-writing.

From Babbling to Assertive Expression

Language & Literacy Explosion

Foundation

Absorbing sounds, mimicking vocalizations, and using basic baby signs.

Step-up

We lean into the toddler language explosion by encouraging full-sentence communication over gestures. Interactive storytelling, phonics chants, and daily group discussions help toddlers articulate complex thoughts, ask questions, and speak with confidence.

From Exploration to Categorization

Cognitive & Early Math Logic

Foundation

Discovering object permanence and sensory cause-and-effect, such as dropping a toy and watching what happens.

Step-up

Toddlers begin mentally organizing their world through sorting by multiple attributes, recognizing patterns, and counting tangible items during daily routines. Early science appears through color-mixing experiments and building activities that test structural gravity.

From Sensory Touch to Intentional Design

Process-Based Creative Arts

Foundation

Simple tactile exposure to textures and non-toxic paint.

Step-up

Art becomes a medium for autonomy. Toddlers use large paintbrushes at upright easels, explore textured collage materials, and make their own aesthetic choices as the focus shifts from what a material feels like to what they can create with it.

From Observation to Active Inquiry

Environmental Science & Outdoor Exploration

Foundation

Passively experiencing fresh air and scenery through stroller walks.

Step-up

Toddlers become active field researchers. With magnifying glasses and rain gear, they examine local ecosystems, collect and classify rocks and leaves, and help plant and water mini-gardens while using the outdoor space as a laboratory for movement, inquiry, and stewardship.

From Receiving Care to "I Can Do It!"

Autonomy & Advanced Self-Help

Foundation

Relying on educators for feeding, diapering, and transitions.

Step-up

Daily routines are engineered to support the toddler drive for independence. Children practice the coat flip trick, use child-sized utensils, clear their own lunch plates, and lead their own potty training journey with patient educator support whenever readiness signs emerge.
